11月30日第一次惠顧時,為咗一個當時係非賣品,但係會隨烏冬附送嘅 Pekkle 玻璃奶樽,而叫嘅第一樣食品...
可能係首日營業關係,再加上係星期五平日,我估餐廳冇唸到都會有咁多人去幫襯,情況係有少少混亂,例如貨架嘅精品好多都被 fans 掃光,出餐時間頗長,而且都有少少混亂,即係例如之後點餐嘅會快有食物過早到嘅顧客,但係點嘅食物係一樣嘅。又例如,大家睇下下面碗烏冬,除咗片冬菇上面用甘筍雕刻嘅 P 之外,都係比較平平無奇,同 menu 幅相,係有少少分別。

當我今日再去時,營業時間已經改咗,而再叫番同一款嘅烏冬,個樣亦都明顯靚好咗多,連烏冬上面塊玉子,都有 Pekkle 個樣嫁!比起啱啱試業嗰日,真係差得好遠...

上下兩碗烏冬麵,同一間餐廳出品,相信亦都係出自同一位廚師之手,時間差個零月,效果係咪差好遠呢?所以話『熟能生巧』呢句說話真係冇錯嫁!
